Victor Tooks is the leasing associate at CADSIII Management Inc. He began his career with the company in the first quarter of 2023. He has extensive knowledge in property maintenance, customer service and construction management.

He has been in the apartment housing industry for over a decade overseeing projects, doing lease ups and he has been instrumental in assisting residents find the right space for them to call home. His prior experiences have contributed to his success here at CADS III.
