• Preferred Monthly Generated Income at or above 3x rent value.
• Credit history reviewed for any evictions, landlord judgments, etc…
• Secure Your Spot — Complete your application
• Submit a security deposit equal to one month of rent*.
  *Non-refundable if application is approved; if your application is denied, your deposit will be returned in full.

***If you would like to lock in your spot as first in-line to receive the unit once approved, you have the option of submitting a security deposit of one-month’s rent (if your credit score is above 600) with your application at the time of your showing if you like what you see. Once approved the security deposit is non-refundable if you change your decision; however, if not approved, the deposit is fully refundable! ***

The Approval Process

The approval process generally takes up to four (4) days; after which you will be contacted.

If security deposit is submitted at time of showing and applicant is approved, the security deposit is non-refundable. However, if applicant is not approved then the security deposit is fully refunded back to the sender within 3-5 business days.
